Return & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns on all non frozen perishable goods as long as the product is unused with all original packaging intact within 30 days of the date of purchase.
For any consumer returns on frozen food or dry food where the manufacturer has a consumer satisfaction guarantee return policy we can accept returns on these items.
Please note that each company has a separate return policy and this is done on a case by case basis.
We are unable to accept items that were damaged or used after purchase unless there is a defect on the item. This is assessed by a store member on a case by case basis.
On the item being refunded to your original payment method- it may take 5-7 working days for the credit to appear on your bank account.
