DO YOU HAVE A STORE THAT WE CAN VISIT?

Yes, we do! We are conveniently located 10 minutes from the I-75 – marker 116, at the junction of the us-41 and Bonita Beach Road - 2 miles from the beach!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept items and offer a refund or store credit if returned within 30 days and with all packaging intact, unopened, and not damaged.

We are unable to accept open bags of food that your pet does not like unless the manufacturer has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy (of which most do)! Please ask us for more details. 

If there is a quality issue with your item please advise us and we will exchange or refund you and ensure that the manufacturer is advised of the issue.

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we do! At this time we deliver to the following areas – Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero. If you live outside of this area – please call or email us and we will try to accommodate you as best we can!

 

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver on a 1-2 day delivery window Monday- Friday.

 

 

DO YOU DELIVER FROZEN FOOD?

Yes, we do! We will deliver all frozen food. Be assured – this will be kept at the correct temperature and the quality will never be compromised. 

 

DO I NEED TO BE IN FOR DELIVERY?

Well this depends - Are you ordering frozen or dry food?

We will leave your items outside your door or in a pre-designated spot. If you have any delivery instructions, please add them to the cart when ordering. 

For frozen items – you must be in for delivery. We will contact you prior to delivery for your delivery time slot.

If you live in a gated community, please advise your security gate of the delivery prior to the delivery day.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery fees depend on your location and cart total. Our online store will calculate this for you. 

  

DO YOU OFFER OUT OF DELIVERY AREA OR STATE DELIVERY?

If you live out of the area or state, please contact us and we will try and assist you as best we can!

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS WRONG?

We try to ensure all orders are correct prior to delivery however, unfortunately, mistakes do occur. If you have any issues with your order, please email us at info@thepetfoodmkt.com or call us at (239) 947 -2222 and we will correct it to make sure you and your pets are completely satisfied.

Your Astro  loyalty account is for in store purchases only.
